I had this mounted in Talley rings on a .30-06 but decided it wasn’t right aesthetically.
Slim profile barrel and 42mm objective lens just didn’t look right to me.
Only went to range a few times with it, never even made it to the woods. Scope is in immaculate condition. The only marks on it are two dots of copper where it was hit by an ejected 5.56 casing (doh!). See photos. More than likely you’ll cover those with your rings anyway.
This is not a firedot illuminated scope. Normal duplex reticle.
This is not a CDS dial scope. Covered turrets are 1/4 MOA clicks and they are able to be reset to zero. Tracks true.
