Leupold RDS (red dot) trustworthy?

I know their typical scopes have zero rentenation issues (rokslide drop tests). Anyone tested how their muzzleloader RDS red dot sight does?

Other option is primary arms 1x prism

Interested in this also. A friend of mine just bought one and sighted it in. No problems yet...

Relatively high incidence of failures. However, there isn’t much in the way of other options.
