Leupold rangefinders...RX-1200i TBR w/DNA or RX-1300i TBR w/DNA

I had about talked myself into getting the RX-1200i TBR until I realized that it has been replaced by the RX 1300i TBR. While it may seem like a no brainer to get the 1300 I’m still trying to understand how the 1200s that are still readily available are selling for over $300 and the newer and supposed improved 1300i is retailing for around $250...am I missing something? Does anyone have any first hand experience with the new 1300i? I can’t find any reviews on it at all.

I believe the RX 1200 tbr/w was replaced by the RX 1600 tbr/w which is selling for $399-$419 right now. Haven't seen the 1300.

The 1300 has a black readout and is not an upgrade over the 1200 IMO. I also think the layout of the screen readout is different as well. The 1300 seemed awkward to me when I tried it out this weekend at TAC booth. It would take some adjusting when switching from a 1200.

Get the Sig kilo 2000. I've had the 1200 with tbi, etc. Sig blows it away.
