Leupold 15-30x50mm spotter

Does anyone have any experience with this spotter? Trying to decide between this and the Vortex Viper HD 15-45x65 but tha thas a 200 dollar more price tag for me.

I actually owned both and think I would take the Leopold over the vortex. Reason being, the vortex is significantly heavier and suffered a fair amount under less than perfect lighting conditions... I couldn't make use of the higher power a lot of the time. I'd take a look at the razor 50 over the viper hd 65, for sure. Not sure what the price difference between it and the Leopold is, but the razor line is significantly better than the viper hd, IMHO.

I have the leupold, I think it does well for what it is. I havent used the viper, but I have some viper bino's and like them pretty good. I have a couple spotters, but I find myself taking the leupold alot, you dont even know its there. The only thing I dont really like about it is how stiff the focus dial is. I don't know if it's just mine or if they are all like that...that being said, it has softened up some with use.

Ive got the leupy. Had it for prolly 3 years or so now and have zero complaints. light, compact, and pretty dang good glass for the price.
