Unfortunately not, I always kept them in a harness and lost those with the box. If its a deal breaker I can order replacements from Leica

Leica just replied to my email and they are sending out some new objective and ocular lens covers! The initial customer service rep couldn't get the year of manufacture from serial number, but another person is going to check.

Just got a reply from Leica, May of 2018 is when they came out of the factory.
