Leather Boot Sizing

Anyone have any input on leather boot sizing, as far as ordering a larger or smaller size due to leather stretching or shrinkage after being wet on and off?

Crispi West Rivers and the Titan both shrunk almost 1/2 size which for me meant they now fit my feet perfectly. So on their leather boots - if you don't treat the leather right away before really wet weather - they do shrink. It was good for me but it was also luck and I am grateful it worked out for me.
