Kuiu Yukon pants while fishing?

What are your thoughts on wearing Kuiu Yukon pants for Backcountry fishing trips if I still plan on rifle hunting in them? I'm wondering if fish slime or repeatedly wearing in a vehicle that dogs have been in would be too much for a proper pre-hunt wash to handle. These are my first pricey hunting pants and I don't want to misuse them, but they'd be great for Oregon river hiking and fishing.

I've tried to search this topic to no avail... Sorry if this should be more obvious.

I was in your position last year, I wanted a good all around outdoors pant, and had a hard time spending that much money for just a hunting pant.

I have now worn my chugach and attack pants (I got solid colors) for hunting, canoe camping, fishing, hiking and backpacking throughout the Adirondacks. I’m sure the Yukon pant will do the same. They are amazing and have performed flawlessly. The only thing I did before hunting season was to wash them in scent killer detergent and dryer sheets.

you won’t regret then as my experience with the kuiu products is that they are versatile for all outdoor activities.

I don’t get to hunt enough days in a year so I try and buy solid colors and wear them for as many outdoor activities as I can. Like the other guy said just wash before hunting. This stuff costs too much to only use a few weeks a year.
