Kuiu pack hip belt pouch alternative

Does anyone have any recommendation on other hip belt pouches that will work on a Kuiu pack hip belt. I have the Kuiu hip belt pouches and I can’t stand them. Opening one handed is impossible. If anyone has a modification or an alternative please let me know.

I tied an extension with some paracord so that it gives you more to pull. Doesn't fix it completely but helps. Following to see what others are doing
