Gear Aid and Sea to Summit have a good selection of repair/speed buckles in different sizes, searching "repair buckles" on Amazon gives lots of results. If you have a local Sportsman's Warehouse they usually stock a fair amount of repair stuff by the backpacks. Seek Outside has a hardware page that might have what you're looking for. Marsupial Gear sells buckle delete kits which work great for standard webbing and come in packs of two if you only need a couple. If none of this helps I'd take to eBay or Etsy and search for things like repair buckles, speed buckles, gatekeeper buckles, etc. until you stumble across something that will work for your application.
