Kudos to Kifaru!

The other thread was getting long, so thought I'd post this separately. Over the past three months, have had an unbelievably positive interaction with Aron and Kevin at Kifaru. Without boring you with the details, I was one of those tall guys who got a bikini frame and just couldn't get it to fit. Aron and Kevin bent over backwards trying to help ... they sent me different stays ... then a duplex. In the end, none of that helped. The issue was that the ladderlocks which were attached to the frame behind the shoulder straps dug into my back. It was quite uncomfortable.

Well, the new frame fixed all of that and then some. This new frame is just unbelievably comfortable. No ladderlocks in that place to dig into my back, the new foam is amazing. I pretty much love everything about it.

If you ever want to deal with a great company who is honest and who goes above and beyond the call of duty to make you a happy customer, then you'll never go wrong with Kifaru.

I wish I would have discovered Kifaru last year prior to my purchase of the V90. For the money I could have bought the frame from Kifaru and strapped a damn drybag to it until I was able to get the pack portion. Not that the V90 isn't an "OK" pack, just apples and oranges man.

There are a few reasons so many are so Kifaru brand loyal, some just don't understand until they make their first purchase.

I've yet to have a bad interaction with anybody at Kifaru. From all my silly questions to Aron, additions, subtractions, and changes to my orders with Kevin, Frank, and Heath and poor Miss Angie trying to help me get orders paid for with PayPal.....I've been taken care of every single time above and beyond better than any other company I've dealt with. They care about their gear and put customer satisfaction above all else. It's easy to see why Kifaru has built such a dedicated following.

Aron is one of the best around he will give you his cell and tell you to call him on the weekend or whenever. Plus it is still made in the USA, I will buy from them anytime i need something pay once to scream to once. I will never look at another pack company again. Let alone when you get a pack from them you know it has been beaten to death and things changed to make it work better.

That's really good to hear about the pressure points on the shoulder blades, that's been an issue for me as well.
