Without going into a long story; I order a few items off their website back in March. One was defective and I sent it back to them for an exchange. Since then, their CS been jerking me around for 2 months saying it will ship soon. I let two weeks go by, drop another email, same response. I've gone through the process over and over... I think I am on my 6th email asking for a status.

Has anybody else has a bad experience with Kryptek, or is this a one-off case?
 
I ordered the wrong pants and contacted them for a refund. They worked with me just fine, but that was before all the lockdown stuff so who knows...
 
I was a huge kryptek fan...since few years I don't know what happen they changed their clothes sizes and customer services was awful I have so much troubles and a ton of email and buying from them via the website feels like a wallet's rape with the shipping fees.

No thanks,still really like the gear I have.
