KRG whiskey 3 Tikka combo?

Had the folks over at Unknown munitions put together a Tikka T3X in 22 CM early last year-came in over christmas about a month ago-in the mean time came across a KRG whiskey 3 chassis. So finally got around to putting the two together and I think I am liking it, but still on the fence with this set up. I have a question though-on first try with installation I did not have everything lined up right and there was a LARGE gap, second try there is a little more spacing between the stock and barrel than I though there would be. Wanted to check in here and see if it was correct-

Looks like it’s seated. Did you feel the recoil lug pop in as you slide the action back. Looking at the ejection port it looks like it’s level with the chassis but kinda hard to tell. If you don’t like it you can buy the enclosed forend to hide the barrel more. Here is mine fully seated.

OK, pulled it apart and tried it again-felt it pop in this time-looks a bit better to my eyes...
