Had the folks over at Unknown munitions put together a Tikka T3X in 22 CM early last year-came in over christmas about a month ago-in the mean time came across a KRG whiskey 3 chassis. So finally got around to putting the two together and I think I am liking it, but had a question-on first try with installation I did not have everything lined up right and there was a LARGE gap, second try there is a little more spacing between the stock and barrel than I though there would be. Wanted to check in here and see if it was correct-

Try reseating the action to the lug? I have a CTR and a different chassis so can’t help out much. You can usually tell by the lines of the action and the lines of the chassis not being consistently straight. The action lines will point up.

Mine is a CTR barrel so a little thicker but I dont think you are seated correctly.

Does the bolt run? I cant remember if it's the front or back action screw but one of them gets a washer with the KRG and one doesn't. If it's in the wrong spot the bolt won't run. I dont want to pull mine apart right now to check.

Hopefully a moderator sees this and moves it to the firearm section where you will get more attention.
