This has been my main spotter and body is worn cosmetically but Kowa did put new glass in it last year and it’s excellent on the glass besides some dust. These are cosmetic issues it functions 100% and is an amazing optic.

It has the legendary 25-60 eye piece.

Please see all photos happy to send a video or do a call. Near Denver.

$2250 TYD please add fees and open to reasonable offers.

Thank you! You’re gonna laugh just going to the 88A want to try the new coatings 😂. Kowa is unbelievable
I follow some bird forums and it seems as though the consensus is that if you have a good specimen 883 to be wary of upgrading to the 88A. I’m not a long time Kowa user but have lurked for quite some time. Sounds like quality control has been struggling. Just some food for thought.

When they put new glass in it did they happen to use the new 88A glass? Doesn’t seem as though the bodies have changed. Just curious.

Interesting! I believe it’s the same glass just different coatings but I could be wrong. The older 883 is no slouch so that makes sense.
