Comes with the 209 full plastic jacket breech plug and bolt. Also comes with both a pic rail and a Williams Western Precision setup with a crosshair. I'll throw in some plastic jackets so you don't have to buy any. It shoots very well with the Thor Hammer 300gr bullets in 0.501" diameter. I also have the bolt and breech plug kit for the Western #11 musket cap setup that I can include for an extra $100.

Yes, this is definitely legal in New Mexico. When I bought it, I chose the UL because with a new bolt and breech plug it can be made legal in any western state.
