Was wondering who has used/worn the King's Camo XKG rain gear. It on sale right now at a pretty reasonable price, and I was just wondering what kind of feedback you guys could give and if it was any good. By the way, some of their other clothes are on sale as well, I just picked up 3 pair of pants and shirts for my teenage daughter, pants were $25, shirts were $15, 100% polyester. Little kids stuff on sale also. Thanks, Scott (couesbitten)

I haven't used their rain gear but they say it's very similar to the discontinued Russell APX Cyclone. I have used the Russell and it's pretty quiet and compresses pretty good. My biggest issue with it was during a 2 day storm it eventually held water and wasn't 100% dry again during that trip. If on a low budget it's good for the money but I've decided to save for some KUIU Chugach or First Lite Stormtight.

Thanks Obi-wan, I've got a buddy that's looking, and I'm just trying to save him a little money. I was trying to get him to buy the C4E when Camofire had it on sale, but I'm afraid he missed that boat. Oh well, you can lead a horse to water...........
He didn't listen to me last year when I told him to buy a Kifaru pack, he ended up with something from REI, and now this year he's going to buy a Kifaru, cause the REI model didn't fit the bill, he's kind of stubborn, I've been trying to tell him to learn from other people's experiences so that he doesn't have to learn from his own.
