Kimber Adirondack

So I have a question for anyone who owns one and put a can on a Adirondack.
What thread adapter are you using for the 7/16x24” thread on the Kimbers? Looking to convert to a 5/8x24” for my TB ultra 7 and eventually use my Airlock ZG 6.5 whenever it comes in the spring.
Here are the two options Ive come across.

Muzzle Thread Adapter

This stainless steel adapter easily allows you to add an aftermarket muzzle brake or suppressor to your Kimber mountain rifle, converting a 7/16 x 28 threaded muzzle to a 5/8 x 24 threaded muzzle. For threaded barrels only.

As far as the “Kimber” adapter I can find it elsewhere at a better price, but put this link in for a better description.
What are you guys thoughts and experiences and how have the Kimbers done with a can?

I used Hughes for years, quality is very good.

I’ve been shooting my 16” Montana with a UM OG can and that Kimber adapter you linked. Works fine. Here’s a thread with some details.

I use the Hughes #206 as well as their thread protector.
The adapter inside threads are long so end up exposed. No idea if the Kimber adapter is different.
Get the correct length thread protector.
Should be this one for the barrel. (Measure)
