Good luck, you would be better to buy that 308 ascent in the classifieds and pay to have the barrel chopped and threaded.

I recently picked up a hunter that has been modified with a 16.5” barrel.

The Adirondacks are hard to come by these days. Maybe kimber will bring them back now that suppressors are becoming so main stream. They were 10 years too early, I bet they would sell like hot cakes nowadays. Ignore the ugly thread protector it will be getting a can soon.

Ya those are so rare you'd likely be money ahead by getting a hunter, chop, thread and restock it.
The hunter and Montana line have the same action and barrel.
