Have a older woodsman with large belt pouch on a modified 24” duplex lite…
The 24” duplex frames measured 25” (which I always thought was dumb) either way…i cut 2” off the top of the frame and the stays and stitched it all back up and bolted on a couple tab loops… the bolts run through the frame and the stays…I used it like this for 2 years, works great and is super solid…the shoulder straps only have one season on them, the belt is well broke in and a Small…bag is in good shape all zippers and things work, load shelf intact…it’s a light frame rig and just an all round great bag, but it hasn’t been used in a couple years so time to let it benefit somebody else…
