Great condition, no marks or stains that I could find. Has both compression straps. The split buckles that hook into the MOLLE for the top compression strap were missing when I got it, so the ones on it are coyote brown and not grey.
When I got it, it had no zipper pulls so I put black 550 cord and heat shrink on the zippers.
Includes the sternum strap and grey chamber pocket.
