I'm having trouble with my lid straps falling off the sides of the pack frame (see pics)
Am I doing something wrong or what?
It's aggravating when it starts flopping around, I hope someone will tell me I'm doing it wrong or have a genius solution!!

Bottoming out those top straps will stop that. The lid will pull over the top of the frame a little when your pack is empty.

Ok, didn't really think about that, I guess I was trying to utilize the whole lid space.
It'll loose some CI doing it that way, but it will solve my problem. Thanks!

Hey boss, above the highest load lifter attachment is a plastic common loop. Thread the lid straps thru it and you won't have any more issues. Won't lose any CI that way either.
Keep it together, Rob

Came in super handy last year when my partner realized I had my lid sitting way tall on my pack. He helped loosen the straps and my lid fell lower on my pack and I gained a few inches of overhead clearance while moving thru some dense areas. Lid stayed centered and rode well.
