Kifaru Franken-pack

So I have been messing around with this idea for a while now, about having a small ish pack that can carry a couple days worth of gear plus a rifle if need be. So here is an idea I’m playing with, let me know thoughts, improvements, ideas etc. I used a 26” duplex frame, native, Organizer guide lid and Sherman pocket. If need be a large dry sack can be sandwiched in between as well, here I used a usgi duffel. Don’t mind the mess of straps I will tame them, just tinkering still.

I like it, but I moved my Native down the road due to capacity. I couldn't make it work as a whitetail day pack. I'd have been fine with that setup though, especially if I used a regular guide lid and not the OGL.

I plan on using the native and Sherman this spring for trips.
