WTB Kifaru Duplex lite with Xtra Small Belt

I am looking for a duplex lite with an Extra Small belt for a scrawny member of my family. Would like it to be Kifaru as I already have bags I can use but would entertain options I am not thinking about if you have something that would fit a small framed individual.
