Yep- 25.25" to be exact. Sorry on my phone I blew it up and read it perfectly. But once uploaded here it was sized down I guess.
The reason I put the tape on it is I had 3 or so Kifarus some were 24 and some 26 and I couldn't remember which ones were which. I think this is a 26 as I used it for my AMR (multi day hunt).

This 26" frame weighs 3.1 lbs on a postal scale. that is .1 lb heavier than the new light at well over $400. And mine has the strap retainers which likely make up the extra .10 lbs. lol
