Kifaru duplex fame issue

I just received my duplex fame and it doesn't have upper deltas or female buckle attachments so that I can cinch my pack down. Is that right? Maybe I'm missing something or do I need to order something for it?

They upgraded the duplex belts, they now only come with one set of deltas. I thought the same thing when I got a new belt and Aron set me straight.

Think they did away with it because so many used them when they aren't needed as in 90% of the time they are not needed.

What about the female buckle attachment to cinch the pack on the sides? Did they do away with those as well? Maybe I have to wrap a lash kit from pack through the frame
