Hey Guys,

I figure someone else in this forum has had a crazy idea of being able to strap a day pack onto a cargo panel? I tried out the Stryker and it just was a little over kill for what I primarily do. I currently have a frame, and a Sherman pocket that I used by itself a lot last year. My next idea is some sort of mid size day pack attached to a cargo panel that I can remove and use for deer and turkeys. Anyone else have this idea? Post pics if you have them! Options right now I am thinking are a bane, Antero, or even trying to rig a hell cat up to a frame with the Sherman also attack above to hold more gear. Any ideas I am open too!!

I run a cargo panel with a custom fleece lid - same size as guide lid...and a 1000 cc kifaru fleece bag attached to molle for whitetails on 24" ftame. Lower profile & quieter in the woods than Stryker xl. Ran Stryker xl one day and determined it's too tall to quietly hunt for whitetails moving through evergreen forest.

I run a cargo panel with a 1000ci bag inside. Between it and the pocket in the cargo panel it’s enough for my day gear, although it can be tight. With a camp bag I swap it around to the outside of the panel, or if carrying a gun/tripod on my right side I put the bag on my left side (pictured). For my stepson’s bighorn hunt I bought a cheap daypack (Fox Tactical?) with Molle attachments from the hardware store and it fit to the frame perfectly and also functioned like a cargo panel to take out the head and cape.
