I had broken one of the stays on my frame and and finally got around to dropping it off (lived close to their CO location). I dropped the pack off In February 2022. I totally forgot about it and come August when I was getting my gear together remembered I dropped it off. I had not received a phone call saying it was finished so I called them and tsaid it surely had to be done and the gentleman assured me it probably was. So I came into the shop. Sure enough they lost the pack (thought it probably got boxed up and shipped to Wyoming location as they were moving HQ's). They gave me a brand new frame, bag, and accessories that were on it when I dropped it off for repair. Sure enough, midway through the hunting season (after already packing a few animals out on the new pack) they called and said they found my original pack. They shipped it to me for free and let me keep the new one! I can't speak highly enough of the quality of packs and customer service.
