My wife bought this for me as a present (not realizing I had already purchased one and returned it - this frame just didn't have the feel I was looking for). By the time she got around to giving it to me, it was well outside the return deadline. Our loss, your gain.
I took some close-up photos of the frame. If you know much about the Ark, you know the manufacturing process has been found to leave some tooling marks. This bag is absolutely brand new. I haven't even unbuckled the straps, loosened, or tightened anything.
