Just got a dehydrator and have made a couple of lots.
Ginger sweet chilli and soy sauce is my favourite

Prety similar to stuff I have made.
What does "3 capfuls of Meat Tenderizer" do? and what is it?
is it like vinegar or an acid to help break down muscle fibers?
