Does anyone know where I can find a forend cap for an Iver Johnson Champion single shot shotgun? I have search google and can't find anything in stock.

The whole foreend? Or a cap for the wooden foreend? If its the whole foreend, do you have the FE iron? Try Numrich.

Other than that a specialty forum, random gun show find, DIY, or a custom part. custom part will cost significantly more than a parts gun, so if its a family gun with some value to you that's likely the way to go, i.e. just buy a cheap beat up one online and take the part. Post on the doublegunshop BBS, those guys have all sorts of random parts floating around. I'm not intimately familiar with that particular gun, but if its a part that isnt too involved to make you might be able to make your own as well.
