You can pull the bleeder out and freehand over a piece of 1500 grit sandpaper held on cardboard or leather. Pull away from the edge and match the angle.
 
If you purchased Iron Will broadheads, I would go with their sharpener as they will have it set for the exact angle of their products. Those carbide cutters will never wear out in your lifetime, even if you used them every day, which you are not likely to do of course.
 
I used the stay sharp guide, it worked well ..no matter what I think of its producer.

You can also do fine putting the blade in any angle and rod type system as well..
