Inline fabrication ultramount. I'm unsure of which plate is on it unfortunately. Missing a few of the small screws for the bottom plate. Other than light surface rust on some of the hardware looks pretty much new. $65 shipped lower 48 obo. Cross posted, so first come first served. Thanks!
