Idaho Unit 18 elk draw

Was drawn for Unit 18 archery elk. Have fished and hiked the area but never hunted in unit 18
Any suggestions on where to start , we were looking at the south end of the unit Old burn area with lots of water
Anyone have any luck in this area?

It's a great unit to hunt. If you don't know have the elknut DVD's, buy them. The elk are all over the unit at that time of year. We'll be in there for a few cow tags and my hunting partner drew a bull tag. All rifle season... good luck!
