Idaho Controlled Hunt Question

I have a non res archery tag and am wondering if I can draw a controlled rifle tag in a different unit and exchange the tag. I can't find the info on IDFG

Yes you can exchange your general for a controlled if you draw.

I did this last year. Just mailed in my OTC tag and they sent the controlled tag.
