Idaho 40 Archery Deer

Drew 40 early archery deer tag. I hunted the area for a few days back in 2015, but utilized side by sides to get into some areas to glass. Haven't been in the area since. Going out this weekend to explore some roads and marks some spots to check out, but was wondering if anyone would be willing to share some tips or areas to check via Private Message. Plan is to get out and scout for 3 or 4 weekends. Don't have access to four wheeler or side by side this time, so going to hiking out from roads I can access via truck. Missed a good one back in 2015 so hoping for redemption this year. Thanks!

Headed out to check some area out tomorrow. I should add I'll be hunting solo on this hunt. Would still love some info/tips if anyone has any!

Ended up killing a decent 3x4. Not a monster like the one I missed previously, but a good one I'm happy with.

Congrats. I'm sure it was plenty warm up there this week. Did you see many critters moving around?
