Hello all,

I am doing an article for American Survival Guide magazine on different kinds of shelters; bivouac covers for sleeping bags, bivvy shelters, tarps, packable tents, wall tents, any kind of shelter you might use. What I am reaching out to my fellow Roksliders for is high resolution pictures you may have of any of the types of shelters I just listed. It is like pulling hens teeth to get them from the vendors and you guys could really help me out. You will of course get the attribution for the picture in the magazine.

If you have any that I could use please either post a link the high resolution image on this thread or contact me at:

[email protected], or
443.994.1098.

Thanks in advance to any of you who can help.

Regards,

Larry Schwartz

I really do appreciate everyone's posting pictures and I don't want to seem like I am complaining, but as this is a print magazine I need high resolution images, 2048 x 1024 or larger, preferable 3000 x 2000 or larger if you have them. If you have things in an online image repository a link to the high resolution version of your images would be perfect. If you have them on your hard drive or phone then you could email it to me or we can use Dropbox or a similar service.

Thanks again and I don't mean to complain,

Larry

It would probably be a good idea to edit your first post and include your pixel and file format requirements. A lot of people are probably going to miss this six replies deep in this thread.

And respondents, it might be a good idea to google this publication and decide if your images are a good fit for it, and if it is a good fit for your your images. This is a glossy print magazine about bug out, SHTF, societal collapse issues.

I was really happy to have my hiking ax for carving out those flat spots in the mountainside.
