Hunt with Newberg giveaway

OnX members only too, lame.

I understand the value of product/brand integration...but lately it's become pretty incestuous in the 'it' hunting brands zone. Just waiting for one big company to swallow them all up soon...

Looks like there is a way to enter without buying anything. You can mail in one entry per day, up to five entries. Address is in the rules page.

Rifle hunt........I'll pass.
You could always give it a go with the bow instead of a rifle. Most States allow archery equipment to be used during rifle seasons right? It could be a good challenge to bag an elk with a bow while wearing blaze orange when calling isn't very effective. Make Randy proud!

Looks like part of accepting the prize is signing an affidavit to use all the sponsors gear for the hunt and signing a filming release for Fresh Tracks.

If you bought the chip does that make you a member? Not that it makes a difference to me. But it might if it was an archery hunt and no cameras.
The chip I bought came with a one year membership, so I think if you bought it in the last year you would be good... beyond that, I suspect the rules would exclude. I guess you just have to read the rules. (I am out, bc I bought last June).

PS This is my 100th post... Am I allowed to be a senior member yet????

Whoever wins could maybe suggest he get a bit more vague on precise locations? I mean, pics of signs at trailheads and staging areas?? That stuff used to be a major no-no. ;)
