Some stitching on my Rokman Harness became undone after toting some heavy loads and was likely my own fault of running it loose! I contacted Rokman customer service and shipped my pack on Wednesday at Noon, I received a brand new replacement Friday at 6pm!
I have really enjoyed this pack for overall comfort and excellent function but the exceptional customer service is impressive.
