Hoyt quiver piece identification

Old quiver I have but have misplaced the piece that attaches to your sight.

Anyone know which quiver this is and the piece I need or have one I can purchase?

I thought about that- but past inquiries with bows and string/cable questions all they did was ask where I was and refer me to their shops.
But I will give it a shot again
