How To Follow A Post

Even though I am a new member with insufficient messaging privileges I was wonder if there is any way to follow a for sale ad just to make it easier to find. The reason I’m asking is to see what the final price is and if anyone has any info or reviews that might be of my interest. Sometimes it is hard to go back and find stuff.
