How long do they hold your money after the draw??

How long do the states usually hold your money after a draw? I'm going to put in for the New Mexico ibex this year and was just curious.

If I recall NM was fairly quick. Every state is different. Some it's a month or more, some it's a few days. If you pay with a credit card, NM just refunds your credit card. Other states will cut you a check that you have to look for in the mail.
