Hook and loop patch with belt loops?

Bought a Kuiu rangefinder holder on clearance recently.
Of course I only saw the price and jumped on it without reading the description which had HL (hook and loop)
Designed to stick to the bottom of the Kuiu bino pack

I searched online for a "loop" patch with belt loops (or similar) with no luck. Found some molle stuff that was close but not right

Anyone have a solution or want to offer some search terms that would get me on the right track?

I nearly know there is something out there already but I have not found it yet

PS Worst case I find me some webbing and sew me a loop on the back of this rangefinder holder

A couple pieces of Velcro one-wrap might work...loop the one-wrap back on itself then stick it to the RF pouch. https://milspecmonkey.com/store/hardware-diy/325-1695-velcro-one-wrap-1inch.html#/14-color-black

I personally wouldn't rely solely on hook and loop to keep my RF pouch attached to my harness or pack, but to each his own.

would not be relying soley on the velcro, there are 4 small loops on the back as well and would run some kind of safety tether (paracord maybe?) through those.
Just don't think that alone would make the pouch ride right on the harness
But I may try it to see how it does
Worst case I buy another pouch and use this one for something else
