Holster for S&W M&P Shield .40

[Scoot]

I'm looking for a holster for my pistol. A few things I'd like: 1) leather, 2) a strap/snap that goes over the pistol, 3) one that I can incorporate into the straps on the hip belt of my pack.

What suggestions do you fellas have for me?
