HNT26 LA Tikka magazine

The HNT26 in LA doesn’t have access to lightweight mags. I ordered 300WM and shortened them down. Have not put stock on a gun yet. So probably jumping the gun on posting. Removed length by filing down back portion, while trying to maintain clip area. Once put together the inside front portion needs to be taken down. This will allow casing to not bind. Tight fit but seems to work. J-B welded back portion. I don’t think this would be necessary as the mag fits tight. I did not want it falling apart when not in gun. I did replace this stock with a Rokstock and have been happy with it.
