Help me pick a scope or two

I have a 270 win and a 270 WSM each of which needs a scope. I bought two Nightforce NXS 3.5x15 x 50s for custom guns. The 270s shoot great but are not custom and not sure they warrant $1700 scopes. Help.

I have a high end scope on my long gun too, but my wife has used mid range Leopold scopes for years now and they work great in low light for $800 ish scopes. If you aren't dialing and not shooting far that is the route I would go. I put a 4-10 on a 30-06 and have never needed anything nicer on it.

Just picked up a maven RS 1.2 because of the field evals. Gets here today!

I will have to say based on what I saw the Maven was the best. Again, “who knew” not me. I also really like the test format.
