Help Deciding on next years Colorado unit

Hello roksliders, I am trying to get my ducks in a row for next year archery season. Just a little background with my hunting situation. I have been hunting since I was 16 and now am 35. I just started archery hunting 2 years ago and love every aspect of it. I will be going archery hunting as long as I can. I have hunted unit 18 for the past 4 years and have had a few close encounters on elk and drawn on one elk so far. It is a good unit but just to many hunters and other activities going on. I am looking for opportunity on elk not trophy. I have yet to harvest an elk and just want to have more opportunity to.
I have 4 pp going into the next year and have a few options.
Unit 49 takes 4 points for archery.
Unit 76 takes 6 points.
I really don't need to keep collecting points for any trophy units but if it gets me a better elk opportunity that would be better.
Unit 54 and 55 were 2nd choice options after putting in for a pp.
Just wondering what others would think of doing?

I was going off of last years stats. I didn't look to see if this year were out.
Do you think it will go up every year or will I catch 1 off those units? Should I wait for 1 of them?

Do you recommend looking at other units? The problem with other units is I can't get out and scout them as easy if they are 4 + hours away.

Hmmm that's no good at all. What about unit 20? I think that was 2 pp last year. It's probably 4 this year. Or just keep collecting and do unit 55 or 54 maybe.

Unit 20 was 49% with 2 PPs last year.
Some creep there too but not as bad.

Unit 30,31 and 32 usually produce some quality bulls, you deal with a lot of private land but where the BLM land is there are bulls early. Should draw every year for archery.

I will look into those. Wouldn't be to bad of a drive. Might be hard for a one day scout trip.
