I missed the part about the crimp sorry, back the seating die out like everyone else said. The die body is too low and causing the crimp early. You don’t need to use the crimp, put a case in the press and run the handle all the way. Screw the die down until you feel the shoulder in the die touch the case neck and back it off a turn. No more crimp, adjust the seating stem back down to your desired coal.
