Just put a rifle together for a buddy. First time using Hawkins Hunter DBM and one of their magazines. What a rattletrap! Yes it gets better when you load the mag, but unloaded it still bothers me. A firearm shouldn’t rattle at all imo, loaded or unloaded IMO. Is there anything that can be done?

Bueler? It’s hard for me to understand how a company known for producing high end precision products puts out something that rattles so much. And they appear quite smug about it.

This is a non-issue to me. They have to build in tolerance so the mags will drop free and not bind when inserting it into the mag well.

If it bothers you that much, an M5 setup would drive you crazy.

I get that, but plenty of other DBM’s don’t rattle, AND don’t bind.
