Has anyone used a Hatch bipod with the 3rd arm as a tripod?
Looking to get into the tripod game for glassing. I also like having a quick to deploy bipod on my rifle. *While a bipod may not be a necessity it's a handy thing to have when setting down the rifle and has effectively "guaranteed" many of my shots. Very interested in having a bipod as nice as the Hatch looks to be on my rifle and then clipping it off to use with the binos and the 3rd arm. Justifies the weight of both, at least on paper. For me, coming from a Harris swivel model, it would only be adding less than a pound to get a tripod in the mix and have a quality bipod.
