Does any one know the difference between the two models? Both are 9-13" bipods but the SLM is $20+ cheaper, and I can't find any info about it on the Harris website. Maybe just an old model?

I plan to call them in the morning, but don't know if they are open due the current nonsense.

I’m fairly certain... don’t bet the farm on this though.
HBLS: friction lock wheel to set the leg height.
SLM: notched legs to set height. Faster but maybe not as precise.

I second Sleds advice, the spiked feet are awesome for a slight preload. I run the 9 to 13 HBLMS and I love the notched legs for fast deployment. That being said, the lock lever accessory to lock in the swivel movement in place is a must as well if you running a bubble level or some form of mechanism to level your action, I couldn't stand the tiny knob that comes with it.

I replaced the lock lever as well. Used he new one a few times and then eventually it set itself to a sweet spot and I haven't touched it since. That was years ago.

Delivered, and looks legit-stamped w/ Harris and made in the USA, packaging is correct too.

I got one of the lock lever adapters too, works awesome.
